1. The service

Editfabric (“we”, “us”) provides editing software — currently a panel for Adobe Premiere Pro — and an online account service (together, the “Service”) at editfabric.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for everything done through your account. An account may be signed in on one computer at a time; signing in on another computer closes the previous session. Do not share your account.

3. Packages and payment

• A package gives you a fixed amount of AI-director analysis time for a fixed period (30 days unless stated otherwise at checkout). The panel's other tools stay available for the whole period.
• Packages are paid once; they do not renew automatically. Buying again starts a new period immediately and the remaining time of the previous period is not carried over.
• Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Analysis time is reserved when you start an edit and is returned if the job fails.
• Free trial: new accounts can get a one-time free trial (the length and minutes are shown on the site). No card is needed and it never turns into a paid package by itself. One trial per person and per computer; we may refuse or end a trial that is obtained by creating extra accounts or using temporary e-mail addresses.

4. Your footage and content

Your audio and video files stay on your computer. To let the AI director work, a transcript of the speech and shot information are sent to our servers and to an AI model provider, which returns the editing decisions. You keep all rights to your content and confirm that you have the right to use the footage you process.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell or share access, circumvent usage limits or licence checks, interfere with the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. AI output and availability

The AI director's decisions can be imperfect. Always review the result before publishing. The Service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Suspension and changes

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update the Service and these terms; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced on this page.
